1. The reasons for common motor scavenging are often: bearing damage; bending of the shaft; loose fit between the machine base and the end cover; loose fit between the outer ring of the bearing and the bearing chamber of the end cover; loose fit between the inner ring of the bearing and the journal.
2. The reasons for the conical rotor motor sweeping are: axial displacement of stator and rotor: bearing damage; brake spring pressure is too small or fatigue damage; rotor and shaft have relative displacement.
The machine seat and the end cover are loosely matched; the bearing outer ring and the end cover bearing chamber are loosely matched; the bearing inner ring journal is loosely matched. Troubleshoot after processing.
3. It is not allowed to press two flashlight door buttons that make the electric hoist move in opposite directions at the same time.
4. After the work is completed, the main gate of the power supply must be opened to cut off the power supply.
5. The electric hoist should be operated by a special person, and the operator should fully grasp the safety operation rules, and it is strictly forbidden to pull the hoist diagonally.
6. The electric hoist must be inspected regularly by special personnel during use, and measures should be taken in time if any faults are found, and they should be carefully recorded.
